Investors in People, Platinum Award!

Investors in People is delighted to award Horizon Healthcare Homes Limited with the ‘Platinum Award which is the highest accolade which can be given to an organisation. This means that Horizon Healthcare Homes limited, which provides specialist housing and support for adults with a learning difficulty in West Yorkshire, has joined an elite group of organisations that have demonstrated a culture of positive and continued improvement at the highest level.

The Platinum Award shows that the vision of Horizon Healthcare Homes Limited, which commenced operating as a company in 2007, is embedded within the organization and that its employees fully embrace the values of the company as it seeks to value them and in turn do the very best for the people it supports.

Horizon Healthcare Homes operates nine residential homes in Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Bradford and Leeds, as well as a Day Service in Honley. The company employs over 250 staff who are all committed to the strong core values of the organization resulting in a positive, person focused culture.
