The site is situated close to excellent bus and road transport routes and is near to Bradford town centre. Nearby, there are excellent facilities within the community such as, hydro-therapy pool, restaurants & cafés, and art & craft workshops. There is a post office, health centre, pharmacy, places of worship and many other opportunities to suit different tastes. Specialist music therapy will be available, as well as mosaic groups and massage with aromatherapy.

Staffing levels, in line with Care Quality Commission requirements, allow for a dedicated staff team to support individually assessed needs both during the day and at night. There is a full-time Manager and Deputy Manager at the home as well as a well-trained and highly motivated staff team.

All staff are subject to a rigorous selection process which includes an enhanced police check. In addition, all staff are trained to ensure that they are highly competent to meet the needs of those living at the home within a safe environment where the requirements of all relevant legislation will be closely adhered to.
